Where we work
Cobb and Cherokee County, and not much further
We keep our work close to home on purpose. A tight radius means we can be at your house quickly, our crews are not burning half a day driving, and the people we build for are the people we live among.
AcworthGA
Lakeside and in town. A lot of our Acworth work is opening up closed-off floor plans in eighties and nineties houses, and finishing basements that came unfinished from the builder.
MariettaGA
Older housing stock means real remodeling — plaster, knob-and-tube, additions that were never permitted. We have seen it and we price it honestly before we start.
WoodstockGA
Growing fast, and a good part of our new construction work. We handle Cherokee County permitting and inspections as part of the job.
Just outside the line?

The four towns above are where most of our work happens, but the boundary is not a fence. We regularly take jobs elsewhere in Cobb and Cherokee County, and we will happily look at something a little further out if it is the right job.
What we will not do is take a job we cannot service properly. If you are far enough away that we could not get back quickly to put something right, we will tell you that on the phone rather than after you have signed a contract.
