New Home Construction

A house you will live in for twenty years deserves a builder who has already built for forty. We take new homes from a set of plans and a piece of land through to the day you get the keys.

Most of the new homes we build start the same way: someone owns a lot, or is about to, and wants to know what it will actually cost to put a house on it. That is the conversation we start with — before drawings, before selections, before anyone has spent money on something that will not pencil out.

From there we manage the whole job. Site work and foundation, framing, dry-in, mechanicals, insulation and drywall, trim, cabinets, and finishes. The same crews we have used for years, scheduled so trades are not tripping over each other, and inspections booked so the job does not sit waiting on the county.

You deal with the builder throughout. Not a project coordinator, not a call center — the person who priced the job and who will walk it with you at the end.

Questions we get asked

Do I need to own the lot first?
Not to have the conversation. We would rather look at a lot with you before you buy it — slope, trees, utilities, and soil all move the number, sometimes a lot.
Do you work from my architect's plans?
Yes. We will also tell you where a plan is going to be expensive to build and what a change would save, before it is priced.
