New Home Construction
Custom homes built from the ground up — planning, permitting, framing, and finishing, managed start to finish.
Preparation · Caulk · Two coats
Painting is mostly preparation. The difference between a job that looks tired in three years and one that still looks right in ten happens entirely before the first coat goes on.
Inside: we fill, sand, caulk the gaps, spot-prime the repairs, and mask properly. Then two full coats, cut in by hand, with a clean honest line where the trim meets the wall. Furniture covered, floors protected, and the room put back at the end of each day rather than at the end of the job.
Outside: we wash it down, scrape back to sound material, and replace rotten wood instead of painting over it. Bare wood gets primed, the joints that should be caulked get caulked, and the ones that need to drain are left alone. Then it gets coated.
We use good paint, because cheap paint is expensive over ten years. Where a premium product genuinely earns its price we will say so, and where it does not we will tell you that too.
